2020 Milestones Dinner

It’s almost that time of the year again! We are looking forward to having you join LINC, Inc. at the 8th Annual Milestones Dinner. In addition to recognizing the accomplishments of LINC program participants and acknowledging our valued supporters, we will be celebrating the growing impact that LINC has in our community! This promises to be a very special evening and we hope to see you there!

This year, we are excited that our keynote speaker will be Cory Wrisborne. Mr. Wrisborne plays an integral part in the Success of TRU Colors brewing. Not only is Cory savvy in marketing, he has won numerous Toastmaster competitions and continues speak to groups from all over. His message is so vital to Wilmington and echos the work we do at LINC...
"The title of my speech is “The Conversation.” I talk about getting that call to come in and start TRU Colors. I also talk about growing up on the north side of Wilmington, and getting involved with gangs. Losing friends to the streets, and losing friends to the prison system. And then, having my son, and really deciding to turn my life around." -  Cory Wrisborne

Cory is part of the family here at LINC. We are so proud of the work he's done and what he has accomplished after being a part of our program!

Also this year, we will be celebrating LINC’s twenty two years of working to destigmatize persons with a history of incarceration. LINC has successfully demonstrated that reentry programs can turn setbacks into comebacks through education, housing, and counseling The Milestones annual dinner is an important opportunity to increase awareness of the positive community impact of LINC’s programs. We will recognize successes of LINC graduates and L.I.T.E. program participants. We will also honor the 2022 inductees to the LINC Society. And... we will have a celebrate with you and our other supporters!
